What our clients are saying about us
What to expect during appointment
What will happen in my first appoint?
Your specialist will make an initial assessment by asking you certain questions. These questions will be based on mood, thoughts, and behaviors. They will also ask about recent events in your life and your current lifestyle changes. Other questions could be in relation to your sleeping patterns or appetite as well as medical and family history.
Your treatment would depend on the outcome of the assessment.
What outcome can I expect from my appointment?
The outcome will depend on what you say, what the specialist thinks might help and what support you would like. They will initially start by monitoring phase and may ask you to book another appointment before treatment. Offer a diagnosis, offer lifestyle changes to help manage your symptoms, make a referral to our psychologist (talking therapies) and finally your doctor might be able to make recommendations on medication however this would be the last result. For our international customers, we can advise medication but you would need to then request or purchase from your regional health service provider.
Is everything I discuss confidential?
Yes, we follow healthcare information and governance protocols.
